The Act serves to place age restrictions around the sale and the delivery of certain dietary supplements within the State of New York. Where a dietary supplement is being sold into New York that either makes an applicable weight loss or muscle building claim or contains an ingredient named in the Act.
Love the mask, it has so many options to choose from. I love that the pamphlet that comes with the mask gives so much information about what each LED color does for your skin. I have used it almost every day since I have gotten it, (about 2/3 weeks now) and I have not had to charge it yet. (came charged) Hands down a great LED mask, great price!
