📝 Wednesday: You'll get a clickable, printable protocol designed to help you implement what we’re learning. Think of this as your step-by-step action plan for the week.
💬 Thursday: In our private Facebook group, I’ll drop a short, pre-recorded prompt to keep the momentum going and stir up some powerful reflection and discussion.
